No, I don't care that your bum is pert, or big, or made of cottage cheese....what I care about is that you make sure you are aware of the signs of that something MIGHT be wrong, and that you do something about it. 1 in 18 of us, will suffer from Bowel Cancer, 50 people die everyday from Bowel Cancer in the UK alone, 655,000 die a year world wide......and if caught early enough it is completely curable.
